Morning Dove got her name from her soulmate several years ago. He knew she had a gentle and loving free spirited heart. It truly described her quiet and solitary nature. She loves the solitude and beauty of Mother Nature. Born and raised in the Blue Ridge North Carolina Mountains, Morning Dove had the best playground imaginable. As a little girl she would escape to the woods every chance she had. It was her freedom and an immediate connection with Mother Nature which seemed to exist with her. She was at home in the mountains and felt safe even at a very early age.
She explored and discovered water falls and rivers, peaks & valleys and learned to respect and see nature and its wildlife in such a Beautiful and Spiritual way.
All of her photos are in their natural settings as she discovered them. They have not been moved or staged. No backgrounds were set up to facilitate a better photo. All images are made in their natural environment. That in itself makes her images even more amazing.
